Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders at Vanguard Guild are meticulously handled and processed. Please allow 1 to 3 business days
(excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to be verified, quality-checked, and packaged for
shipment. You will receive a confirmation notification containing your tracking details immediately upon
dispatch.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

We provide fully tracked global shipping, servicing style-conscious clients worldwide. Our estimated delivery
transit windows are outlined below:

Please note: Transit times are estimates provided by our logistics partners. Delays may occasionally occur due
to custom clearances, localized postal bottlenecks, or extreme weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Transparency is a core tenet of the Guild. Once your parcel departs our fulfillment facility, an automated email
will be sent to you containing a unique tracking number and an online tracking link. Please allow 48 hours for
the logistics network to update initial telemetry details.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Vanguard Guild operates on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis for international shipments. The recipient is
recognized as the importer of record and must comply with all local regulatory mandates. Any unexpected
custom import fees, duties, or local consumption taxes levied upon arrival are the sole financial responsibility
of the customer.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is enteredaccurately at checkout. Vanguard Guild cannot be held liable for parcels misdelivered or lost due totypographical entry errors provided by the customer.

Refund & Return Policy 

Our Elegance Guarantee (30-Day Policy)

At Vanguard Guild, your satisfaction with our fits, fabrics, and tailoring is essential. We offer a 30-day return window, granting you 30 days from the date of physical delivery to request a return or structural exchange
authorization.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To preserve the pristine standards of our collection, returned apparel must meet strict evaluation metrics. To qualify for a complete refund or exchange, items must be:

 

  • In their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

  • Complete with all original garment tags, structural packaging, and accompanying branding material intact.

  • Free from any signs of wear, fragrances, cosmetics, or alterations.


Items failing to meet these strict aesthetic parameters cannot be accepted and will be returned to the buyer attheir expense.

The Return Process

CRITICAL LOGISTICS NOTICE FOR CUSTOMERS: Please do not send your purchased items back to
the original shipping address printed on the package exterior. This represents a logistics routing center
and cannot process consumer returns. Doing so will invalidate your refund.

To initiate an authorized return, please strictly follow these operational steps:

 

  1. Contact our concierge team directly via email at [support@guildvanguard.com] with your unique
    Order Number and a clear reason for the return.

  2. If requesting a refund due to a physical defect or damage sustained during transit, please attach high-
    resolution photographs showcasing the area of concern.

  3. Our support desk will evaluate the submission and provide a designated, verified Return Merchandise
    Authorization (RMA) address along with specific shipping instructions.

  4. Securely package the items and ship them using a reliable carrier. We strongly advise utilizing a
    tracked shipping service, as Vanguard Guild cannot issue refunds for return items lost mid-transit.

Return Shipping Fees

Unless the return stems directly from a verifiable manufacturing defect or fulfillment oversight on our part (e.g.,incorrect sizing variant dispatched), the customer assumes complete responsibility for covering return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Timeline

Upon physical arrival at our inspection facility, your return will undergo an inspection process. Once verified
and approved, a refund authorization will be generated. The credit will be automatically wired to your original
method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe account) within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that
banking institutions require varying transactional clearance windows to post funds back to your account
statements.
